GenesisXD founder Philip Yan is an award-winning design visionary who gets marketing, design and technology.
Philip’s strategic thinking and consultation has proven success in a number of turnkey initiatives. Examples are: redesigning and delivering the global catalogue of the world’s number 1 party plan company, PartyLite – in 13 languages to 16 countries, which resulted in additional 50% increase in demand; developing brand and marketing design for Schulich Executive Education Centre’s executive and international programs; internal brand campaign for a major bank, to name a few.
Being always forward-thinking, Philip’s deep industry knowledge spanning over 20 years of creative experience in brand marketing communications leads GenesisXD to advance forward – to creating experience-focused interactive mobile app, PrezApp® – an innovative service to help clients present themselves to the forefront of mobile marketing.
Philip is also active on many social cause initiatives assisting not-for-profit organizations to define their marketing messages. He led the GenesisXD team to create the KLINK™ Coffee brand, a social enterprise to help former offenders. The brand campaign even caught Correctional Service Canada’s attention and GenesisXD received an award from So(cial) Good Design Award. The current one, Red Propeller, is a pioneering project to ethically recycle the VHS tapes and child safety car seats.
Philip’s passion for doing social good propels him to create SocialSandBox®, a unique service to help corporations develop social enterprise in alignment with their brand image.

Harry Cornelius is one of the pioneers of enterprise branding in Canada.
Harry founded the brand practices at both Gottschalk+Ash International and at Ove Design and Communications Ltd., part of Publicis Canada.
Trained in philosophy, Harry asks thought provoking questions and puts business needs in perspective. He helps large and small organizations start new businesses, align their cultures with their brands, and use brand to rally customers, communities and investors.
Harry’s flair for writing copy and naming companies enables him to translate strategic imperatives into compelling brand experiences. For the award-winning social enterprise, KLINK™ Coffee, Harry created the brand name, the brand strategy, the marketing and communications messages and the website structure – the soul of the KLINK Coffee brand.
Harry has held senior marketing positions at US-based Fortune 500 and global players in the services industry. His diverse business experience equips him with strategic insight that has fueled scores of successful business cases.
Amy Cheung ensures timely project deliverables in accordance with client’s needs and objectives.
Amy leaves no stone unturned for timely communication among all involved parties. Her background in social science research, administration as well as her experiences in organizing events and conferences are instrumental in her being able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
Her thorough approach ensures that all project deliverables will meet client’s satisfaction. From understanding project requirement to mapping out detailed critical path to material management, and all the way to project delivery… Amy is mindful of clients' interests. She works effectively with clients, internal and external team members.
Amy’s organizational and communication skills are best exemplified in hectic schedules – navigating through multiple projects across Canada and the U.S.

Graham Lewis is a passionate social innovator armed with international experience. He held executive directorships at IMG Expositions, USA, CEO of Everton in the Community, UK and Head of partnerships at Knowsley Borough Council, UK. He is also the creator of the UK Healthy School Bus initiative.
Graham’s innovative vigour took him to China where he founded the Everton in Shanghai partnership for physically challenged youngsters in Shanghai.
Creating social enterprises is in Graham’s DNA. Graham and GenesisXD co-founded the award winning KLINK™ Coffee social enterprise in 2013, to help former prisoners re-integrate into the workforce. He is also co-founder of Red Propeller being first to ethically recycle the VHS tapes and child safety car seats. Graham has made visible impacts with his leadership, vision and passion in senior positions in the public sector as well as international corporations. Being always in the driver’s seat, Graham spearheads transformative social projects by combining business acumen, a spectrum of social knowledge, relationship building prowess and organizational insight for social innovation.
Graham’s influence in social innovation extends into media and literature. He has contributed to CBC’s Redemption Inc. with his knowledge and experience in stigmatized subject matters. He’s been invited to speak at Recycling Council of Ontario and his articles are published in the Journal of Community Corrections.
